More than 25,000 service personnel from over 20 NATO Allies and partner nations are taking part in Exercise Saber Guardian 2017, the largest of 18 Black Sea region exercises this year. It's aimed at building readiness and improving interoperability. One part of the exercise took place at an airbase near Constanta, Romania. It involved multinational troops training in a mass casualty exercise. The medics came from the Balkans, Romania, the United Kingdom and the United States.
Footage includes simulated patients on stretchers being tended to by medics. NOTE: All injuries in the footage are not real.
